This is important, because the landlord needs to be able to buy one or more probably expensive lots later. Drop your newly created landlord on an empty residential lot (or load the lot with the sim you want to be landlord).ģ.
If you want your sims to pay their rent to the to the town, you need to create a sim in CAS and name him whatever you like (for simplicisity name him 'Custom Landlord').ģ.
You also need to decide to whom the rent must be payed. Correct? (If not, you don´t need the mod).Ģ. You downloaded this mod, so I assume you have a normal sims household living on a normal residential lot and want this household to pay rent in the future. Again: it´s a far-distance diagnosis, as I have no experience with this particular mod (but a little with 'crystal balls').ġ.
